fan belt pulley

is there supposed to be a bolt in the center of this pulley? this is the center pulley on the bottom side of the engine ,the fan belt runs on it. right behind the metal fan on the passenger side.

if possible could you find a part number for the bolt?

is the bolt dia 15/16"? if so, that's the crank bolt. it has nothing to do with the crank pulley. do you need one?

yeah i need one it goes through the center of the pulley and looks like it holds it to the crankshaft
