Harmonic Balancer differences between 6.9 and 7.3 NA

I have a 6.9 engine with a harmonic balancer that doesn't seem correct. The pulley doesn't sit evenly on it and the timing mark doesn't line up at 0 degrees despite the timing gears being set correctly. I've got a harmonic balancer from a newer truck, unsure of what year, but it had a serpentine pulley on it. My V-belt pulley sits evenly all the way around on that balancer. Can I run that balancer on my engine? It seems to look correct. 1809117C2 is the number on it.

Good to know, thank you. Ordered a National sleeve for the spare I found, it's got a decent groove on it
