Its a very simple, bolt in conversion as it was all available from the factory on the F450s. There's some controversy over which master cylinder to use (do a search) but I can tell you that there's not really enough vacuum to operate brakes on these trucks, especially considering the loads..... and if you run larger than stock tires.....you see the point.
I bought all the factory parts brand new reman a while ago, was waiting on time and a pushrod drawing (you can't buy the pushrod, gotta find/make one, thanks BikeMaker for posting the pics), I got the pushrod drawing but still looking for the extra time
I was thinking about putting stainless lines on the front calipers just to see the effect with the stock vacuum brakes, Russ did it and said it was night and day, but not stopping power like hydroboosted brakes, which by the way I installed on my Grand National and they kick butt
