So im gonna go look at a Bricknose F350 4x4 7.3l Auto for a parts truck. Planning on putting the front axle in my 89 F250 to get rid of the TBB Dana 50 (need to verify the ratio). From what i have read on various boards it should be a bolt in operation, using the outers from my D50 on the DRW D60. Not really sure if i need the 350 spring hangers or not......Just looking for someone more mechanical than me to voice an opinion and offer suggestions...Thx :)

Don't believe you need the hangers. The springs and drive shaft for sure. Pan hard too

you will need the leaf springs, and the track bar bracket. and you will also need the steering setup with the pitman arm, and frt driveshaft. depending on the transfer case you have you might need the yoke.

Thx for the info guys. I went and looked it over and the axle ratio is 4.10 :(. I would have to re-gear it and that adds $$$ to the whole process that i was hoping to avoid. Other than that the truck frame/body is just plain junk. Its an 87 F350 regular cab with a 7.3l n/a and C6 that was swapped in. Hasnt been started since 2007, so there is no guarantee on the condition of the motor. Looks like i am going to have to pass on this one and keep looking.....
