Has anyone done this? Used a ZF5 from an F-Superduty with the parking brake assembly then used a divorced NP205 behind it?

Don"t know about a divorced transfer case but my F-superduty is 4wheel drive and the parking brake assembly is on the back of the transfercase . I don't know if it's all factory or if any special parts were made in the 4x4 conversion .

Shouldn't be any reason it won't work. If all you want is 4x4 you could unbolt the parking break assembly and put a married transfer case on the rear.

What are you putting it in?
