F-250 Steering Column questions

ok so this is the only thread that popped up when I searched steering wheel removal

so how do you get the dam thing off.

took off the cover plate with all the electrical **** in it

unscrewed that big ass bolt

wheel won't come off

I assume I need a puller of some kind but whats the deal, is it just a puller or is there some trick to this process ?
