they look just like the ones i got from Napa, could always try them and send them back if they aren't right or seem like they aren't going to hold up

Let me know if you try these. I've been noticing a knock when I shut off mine. I'm pretty sure its a bad motor mount.

Can they be changed without removing the engine? I'm sure it'd be a tight squeeze.

Will do, I'm not 100% but you might be able to lift it a bit and change them out or one at a time

Could try the block of wood on a jack and lift a little from underneath to swap them without removing the motor

They can be changed in chassis, but like Chillman88 said, it's a tight squeeze. If you can lift up the driver's side and remove the motor mount, it makes changing the oil cooler a little easier since you have more room. If you have access to a cherry picker, then you have a good way to lift the side of the engine.
