too bad they don't have one for the front tank of my '84... That's cheaper than NAPA, even with the shipping.

so that is what the fuel pickup looks like. i fixed the pickups in both of my tanks and i just put a fuel hose on the end. It works great. Can't wait to fill up and use all 38-40ish gallons. I've been surviving on about 25 gallons for 3 years now.

Bottom of the add says "19 gal fuel tank mounted after the axle" so I would think rear tank.

Don't know why, but ALL of the slant nose trucks I've owned had TWO working fuel gauges.

My brick nose truck had NONE

My OBS truck has ONE

Ya see what this one cost's. It's for a 40 gal. tank but will fit a 19 Gal.

I'll be bidding on it. I have no working fuel sending units in the truck and would like to not have to calculate total tank mileage in order to drive or fill. Maybe I can get the boards reproduced. That is what usually goes bad. I have been through a bunch from junkyards and the circuit board tracings are all wiped out.
