Well, I’m finally down to just one code presenting itself and giving me fits. I don’t recall the Code #, but it was FIPL out of range. I checked it, set it at 1.2VDC @warm idle, and the best I can get is 3.5VDC @WOT. If I set it for 4.5VDC @WOT, then it’s showing 2.2VDC @ idle.

I am convinced that I’m doing something wrong, but I have NO IDEA what it is. I have read forum after forum until I have them memorized, and it’s instill in my head that they are fickle, but I’m not even in the ballpark. What do I do?

Your idle is too high, Mine would only go 1.2 to 3.5... I turned my idle down and I got it to 1.2 to 4.2. You can also adjust it up down and around to get it right.

Also make 100% sure to disconnect the high idle switch.

Yeah something is wrong with my Gauge doesnt read right ever... ( New Tach sensor, checked wiring all is good ) so my Idle was probably set to 1100... or something, now it idles much better, and could set my TPS Properly.
