i wouldnt trust it for more than a ten mile radius for atleast a month.a bad converter most certainly sent debris through the rest of the tranny.converter went bad on one of my many rebuilds tranny shop gave me a brand new converter and said to swap it.tranny lasted a week before i was pulling it again for yet another rebuild.
