Duramax Bellhousing Pattern

This may have been covered in another Post, but I haven't found it. Is the Bellhousing pattern on the Duramax the same, or different than the older Chevy/GMC Engines?

It is the same as all older small blocks, big blocks, and diesels. It has a few extra holes, one at the very top, and 4 at the bottom. Older transmissions will bolt up though with no problem.
