Drivetrain capacities, double checking...

Just to be absolulty sure since i know shop manuals can be wrong...what are the fluid capacities on the Dana 60 front, Sterling 10.25 rear and ZF-S42 trans?

im switching to synthetic fluid so i wanna make sure it is right

Here you go straight out of the 1988 F series owners manual. Sorry I forgot to rotate it before I saved it
