Just located a Dana 60 complete front axle with everything I want to do 2WD to 4WD conversion on my 92 CC DRW, 7.3 truck... except... the Dana 60 is off a Single rear wheel truck.

Question: What has to be changed to make the wheel spacing correct for Dual rear wheel, front wheels and use this Dana 60?

It looks like everything is the same on SRW and DRW except front wheel spacing. Can I just get a set of DRW front hubs and rotors, or are the brake rotors the same and just new hubs?

Spindles the same between DRW and SRW?

Anyone done this, please jump in. Thanks

It's just the hubs. The rotor may be different but I don't think so.

Thanks ! That helps seal the deal.. even the gear ratio is right for the swap..

Looks like I may have a CC, LB, DRW, 4WD, 7.3, ZF5, gear vendors, no rust, truck of my dreams after all.. ha

Yeah the hubs are the only difference. I went from DRW to SRW. Everything is the same. I think the rotors are the same, but not sure. I bought SRW hubs with rotors for my truck.
