Has anyone here cut holes or added air vents to their pre 94 front bumpers. I added an intercooler to my truck, and with a pre '94 bumper there really isnt much air flow getting to the radiator.
Anyone done this, have pics?

just lay them out and cut them... the hard part is the bezel to go around the hole. you might find something off a different truck that would work. plasma cutter or a drill and grinder works pretty good

as long as its cut straight and square it should look just fine.... too big and it will just look goofy

I cut mine out with a thin cutoff wheel years ago. I use the slots now for my feet so I can easily get up on the engine for work. Sure beats the pants off a step ladder or bench. The sway bar is back behind the bumper about 3 inches so me toes are resting in that too. Pictures were posted about it way back so do a search. Might be found. I know when Jason a Diesel Power mag did an article on me and my rig he posted pics of it...
