coolant filter compatability question

So I am running the FleetCharge coolant in my truck and When I flushed it i noticed all this white scale in the rad. I want to put on a coolant filter. I looked up how to do it in the tech article but i have a question about the precharged NAPA filters.

Are they compatable with FleetCHarge? I know some scas are not compatable and I cant find out what either the SCA in the filter or coolant are. If they arent what filter should I get? And the NAPA filters are 30 microns. is that too big to catch all the scale? also where can i find test strips (do they have them at NAPA?)?

IIRC, NAPA is DCA 2 as is Fleetcharge. Therefore, they should be fine together. If I'm wrong, someone please help me out.

Like Heath said, as long as it is a DCA-2 filter, and you have the 2-way DCA-2 test strips, you've got the right stuff. Just be advised there is a lot of DCA-4 stuff out there that you will not want to mix with.

Fleet Charge is DCA-2 and the Napacool additive and test strips are as well. If I remember right Napa actually has filters with DCA-2 and filters with DCA-4. At least thats what I had come up with from cross referencing there filters to others. After spending hours trying to figure out witch filter would be compatible with fleet charge I gave up and went with a filter without any DCA in it.
