Ive had a luk in my 85 since 2014. Went through more engines than I have the clutch. 3 to be exact. Daily driven as well as a regular hauler throughout the weekdays. Wonder what is wrong with the ones your getting? Southbend is a wonderful option IMO as well if your having bad luck with luk

Mine has been just fine. I've had the SMF conversion in two trucks and a Bronco since 2006. Of course mine is for a 7.3. I have another kit sitting and waiting to be installed in the Ex Wife. If it's just the clutch disc itself, I wonder if you could use a different brand and reuse the other parts.

My f250 has a cheap parts store clutch and the f100 has a stage 2 ram clutch, have not had issues with ether and both have the t19. Not sure if the 11in off a fe has a bolt patter that will work.

Edit: this is a ram I see come up for a 6.9
Edit x3: this one is not right, a t19 has a 1.063in input and this one is at 1.250in

Edit:x4: these are the ram premium and hdx in 11in with a diaphragm clutch pressure plate that I would think match for the 6.9 setup.
Edit x5: Going through rock auto I see a 6.9 and 460 have mostly the same part for the same year with t19, difference between the two are only the disk its self. This hdx is listed in the ram catalog as fitting the 460, so will fit and the premium is the lesser sufex. Not sure why rock auto is showing a different disk material between the two.
