Cleans Up Nicely

I decided to borrow the pressure washer from work and wash the truck (I didn't realize it was going to snow last night.). I think all my neighbors thought that I was for being out washing the truck at 27 degrees F outside... I still need to polish up the rims, but at least the front aren't black anymore. I took some pics and decided to upload them here too so that everyone can take a look if they want to.

Thank you. This is the first time that I've accually "washed" it since I got it going. I have sprayed it off, but I got out the bucket and soap this time.

it does clean up real nice but ford trucks don't look right when there clean and purdy there supposed to have a few beauty marks and some mud here and there and perhaps an oil smear here and there to me a ford is a working man's truck

Oh it still has a few spots where the paint is chipped, and the "fender cover" by the rear fuel tank still has some black from WMO being dumped in it. I'm trying to figure out how to get all my oily finger prints off the fenders and the cowl.

I talked to one of the painters at work and if I buy the paint he'll shoot the truck a nice glossy midnight black for $200. I kinda like it being white, but I'm thinking midnight black with alloy wheels would look pretty sharp. Then all I'll have to do is add some stainless steel stacks.
