My cigarette lighter doesn't work. This happens all the time, so I went to replace the 15 amp fuse under the hood. This time it wasn't blown. I think a GM mechanic told me there was another fuse somewhere for the cigarette lighter, and I don't have an owner's manual for the truck. I have zero electrical abilities, so if there isn't a fuse it's going to the shop. Replacing fuses is where my talents and patience end.
