Checking fuel pressure on sunfire?

Does anybody know if there is a way to check the fuel pressure on a pontiac sunfire? My girlfriend's families sunfire just stopped accelerating while she was driving it one day. Now it won't rev over 2000rpm in neutral, runs rough and dies, I figure it must be fuel related.

Is this the spot to post this or is there a general discussion spot on OB.net I couldn't find it if there is?

There should be a fitting on the fuel rail for you to connect a preasure gauge to. I don't know what spec is on preasures though.
