holy hell at these CPU's needing the proper voltage to function...

ive only had powerstrokes for the past 2 years, and always had bran new batteries.

before this issue, i noticed that the van was getting a little sluggish.
figgured it was time for a oil change with rev-x

but this morning while taking the kid to school, the van had its get up and go back!!!

looks like its time for a oil change and some exhaust!

If it works, I'm not knocking it. Lol
I've been running tractor supply oil. Nothing like 5 gallons for $50. Lol

Haha yeah.
You should see a 6.0 with a bad FICM. LOL

Yep, Played that game.... Now, the first time the truck goes whirr..... whirr.... it gets a set of batteries.......

I when from fine, to blue smoke that smelled like you kicked a kerosene heater, to F-YOU!!!! Fortunately it was in the garage when it gave me the fickle finger of fate....... had the FICM repaired, and it was a happy truck again...... That first set of batteries cost me 4 alternators, a FICM and we were testing to see if it was the batteries, and I swapped batteries with Trav, one reversed polarity, and putting -12 into a +12 system really ****** stuff off...... now a slow start or two..... I am stopping at Interstate for another set of Economy's......... cheaper and easier than a FICM or alternator.....
