Cab conversion?

I have an ‘89 D250 Cumins w auto transmission and would like to set that cab on a 1990 F450 chassis. Anyone do a similar swap? I would like any and all information and thoughts on this. The F450 has Miller 225 setting in front of a service box so it should be helpful with mounting of transmission as the welder can be set back on after the cab/ power train install. Please don’t be afraid to critique this. I am not a mechanic but have some machine skills. I did replace a 4 cyl Hercules with a Perkins in a Wilmar Wrangler but an actual cab swap may be quite an ordeal! Thanks ahead for all your views. I hope to get started on this in the spring.
