Brake pedal is hard but brakes dont grab until 2-3sec after you push it.

I just got done replacing a wheel cylinder and a spring kit on the rear pasengers side brake. I made sure the drum had a bit of drag befor I put the tires back on. I bled that wheel until there was no air in the fluid, go in the truck engaged the parking brake then dis engaged it ( to center the pads). Then I drove the truck in reverse and hit the brakes. The pedal was and it hard, I put steady pressure on it and it takes a couple of seconds befoore the brakes actually grab the brakes are soft they dont grab hard.. I did not bleed all of the wheels and the rabs distributor thing under the cab, i am extremely tired and taking a break. Should I go ahead and bleed all the lines ?
Or is there something elses wrong that I am missing ?

How much drag? If you pull the axle shafts you should be able to spin the drum and it should stop in two revolutions. Usually if the pedal is hard there isn't any air in the lines but I'd bleed all four just in case. The other thing to check is the vacuum pump, if it isn't keeping up the pedal will be hard and you lose braking power.

[SUP][/SUP]The brakes dont drag, the pedal is hard and kinda spongy and you have to press on it for a couple of seconds before the brakes start to grab they are saft but they do grab. The vaccume pump is the first thing i suspected so i pulled the line off of the booster and put my finger on the end of it and there was a good amount of suction the tube stuck to my finger. I did the wheel cylinder and springsm on it last weekend and got everything back together and the brakes were a bit soft an spongy. I did not re-bleed the drivers side yet, after I eat I am going to go out and bleed everything just to eliminate that.
They worked ok as stated before I pulled them apart this morning they were just a bit spongy because of last weekend.
