Replaced the master cylinder and everything seems to be good. As a matter of fact the brakes are better than I can ever remember them being. Bench bled them then bled everything starting from closest and worked my way further from the MC. I did end up putting a new NAPA 1.25" MC that was suppose to be for a 1996 F350 on it. The part number was NMC M3379.

The only modification I had to make was pluging the 3/8"-24 port.
