body lift questions??

i'm about ready to order poly body mounts and a 2" body lift for my truck, but i saw on a few websites "gas engine only" i'm buying it from bronco graveyard wich only lists one and it doesnt say anything about gas only. is there anything that will screw me over putting a body lift in a deisal truck. just want to clarifie there will be no problems before i order it.

2 inch should not cause firewall/head clearence issues. Three inch apparently does. As far as the body mounts. They can be a bear. I did the mounts on my crew cab not long ago. I documented the process and it's in the tech section if needed.

All those body lift kits say "gas engine only" because of the potential head/cab contact. The 2" kit is VERY close. Close enought that you may get some vibration on hard decel or operation in reverse gear. They just don't want the liability of all the phone calls....

With a Body Lift you have more clearance for the Downpipe if turboed right?

Yes you do. I did not have to modifiy the firewall lip on my F250 with a 2 inch body lift and I still have room to spare.
