Block ????

I'm sure this has been asked a bunch, so I appoligize if it's beating a dead horse! However was wondering if a 7.3 powerstroke block would be compatible at all with idi heads and components?

Nope. Same displacement. Totally different design.

Nope! Completely different in every way other than displacement.

Sadly they will not transfer any parts like what you want. Bout the only parts that do transfer over from the psd is the lifters and the oil filter. Can't speak with authority about the oil cooler bundle but I do know the cooler headers are much different.

Well that's too bad! Seems like the powerstroke blocks are a dime a dozen! Idi blocks seem to be kinda hard to come by! And spendy$$$$!

Yes did ps swap to an idi truck

Zwapped engine trans and cab over and front clip...buy a damn ps truck ifnu want one....much easier...

Idi blocks are a dime a dozen....easy to find...but find a good running core for rebuild...dont know
