Yes its a Powerstroke, does the cord plug in to the block in the back or side ? I have one on my 94 so i know what the wall plug end looks like just not where it originates from.
Also om my 94, No light in dash to remind you its plugged in ?
I almost drove away with my house once

look for a funky freeze plug, probably near the starter

On the 7.3 super duty’s most of the time I’ve seen the cord come out the drivers side tow ring, because I think the block heater is in the area of the oil cooler.

On the 6.0 super duty’s they come out the passenger side tow ring, since the block heater on those is above/behind the starter.......

I drape my cord over the mirror so I don't drive away with the house.

That is incorrect. That's for a IDI, this is a PSD. Lol
Circled in red.

P.S. I don't think I've ever heard of/seen a truck that has a light on the dash to let you know it's plugged in. Could make one though.

Yup, the block heater is screwed into the rear oil cooler/oil filter casting, just follow the wire to the truck front and you will find the plug, probably wrapped up on the drivers side tow hook.

You would need a 120 VAC LED for a light in the Cab, but I would NOT like a 120VAC going into the Cab.
