Better Rear Access

So no its not what you are thinking... I had an off the wall idea today and since I am really not that good at fabrication stuff I thought i would throw it out there to see what everyone thought.

I mostly use my backseat to hold extra tools and supplies for work and while i love having that space, access can be a pain sometimes since the rear doors don't open up all the way. Looking at it today it seems that the only thing keeping the rear doors from opening up a full 90* is maybe some clearance issues with the top hinge. It looks to me that some grinding on the hinge itself would give you the space it needs and then moving the stop. of course it maybe easier to get a different hinge. So what does everyone think? how doable would it be to get the doors to open up more?

Get a new hinge, then grind on the old one and see whether you like it? Return the new hinge if you don't need it?
