Best time of year to buy Banks Sidewinder turbo kit

I anyone aware of Banks Power offering a seasonal sale/discount on their turbos for the 7.3 idi ??

The best time of year is when you have the money in your account.

They sell so few of these kits these days, there is no incentive for them to discount them.

I waited until I found a used one on Craigslist. Bought a whole 7.3 with the banks for $500. It is missing a couple small parts that are not that expensive but otherwise in good shape. I think the new kits are between 2500 and 3000 dollars so I am happy.

Just what I was going to say. Some people talk down about those kits, but thank God that Banks still sells complete, new turbo kits for our trucks.
