Belt Tensioner

Whats the better of the two tensioners for these trucks The damper Shock Type or just the regular tensioner RockAuto has the damper type for 138.79 I have to replace the idler pully because the bearings shot an the belt walks back an forth till it come off

The shock absorber type. Ebay has them listed for 49.00 all day long. I will find it and post it here....

There is also a spring type tensioner listed for 39.00...
