Start die, start die, sounds like air..... search for air intrusion.

As noted above, all potential sources of air intrusion have been systematically eliminated following the many solutions on this forum.

DS rail has little to no return and will hold a vacuum.
PS rail has much return.

Have used clear tubing with loop and direct observation from stem to stern.

Flummoxed after two weeks of solid work toward roadworthiness.
