BB turbo installed, low boost and high egt?

Just installed the BB Turbo last night. While test driving, I cannot make over 12 psi boost before I hit 1250 degrees. I have tried adjusting the wastegate but I'm not sure how far to go.

Disregard. Fixed. Garrett set the wastegate at 20 psi and I didn't hook up the EBPV completely.
