Battery Tie-Downs & BAttery Cables 84' F-250 6.9l IHC

Well, I just replaced the batteries that cam in my 84' f-250 6.9l IHC with two Die Hard Gold 875 cranking batteries. It's pretty amazing I can start er' up without a block heater in sub-zero temps now.

Here's the catch: can't use the diagonal tie downs from the OEM sized batteries. The battery is about 1/4" too wide and about 1" too short.

Any ideas on a good aftermarket tie down solution for my new badass batteries? I want something permanent that looks half-way decent. Ideas? Suggestions?

Also what is the best place to get parts from? I need to get all new battery cables.

I have not had tie downs in my truck scince Ive had it and not once have my batterys moved.

I'll probably end up using some plumbers tape or something. I was just hoping to find something that looked OK.

My batteries arn't tied down either, but I don't bounce my rig around. If you need a simple, cheap and easy fix, tarp straps are the way to go.
