Yep welding cable used except

The wire size used was 2/0 and sometimes 3/0. Number 2 wire size is very small diameter. The best wire is the aviation wire with nylon/teflon coatings. All connections are crimped and soldered. Frank in Idaho

That is a whole lot better than under the hood.:thumbsup:

I wish I had of had room to make mine end-to-end; due to clearance issues with the rear spring-hanger, I made mine a side-by-side.

Mine works fine, but if the inside battery needs out, the outside has to come out also.

I have plans on making an aluminum tread-plate cover for mine.
