A local store sells the exide group 35's(? The bigger batteries) for $8x. It's not a chain store, but has same brands as orielly.

I think some people were just turning them, I think it just depended on year of truck.

Personally haven't tried them yet.

I've had not so stellar luck with never starts and duralast golds.

I got the standard Interstates from Costco that their manual said fit my 85, I honestly can't recall the group size and my truck is still in Tucson. I do know that I paid about $90 each, maybe a few dollars left.

Mine are two years old now, they deal with Arizona summers, and have been deeply drained once when I left my headlights on for about 13 hours. Still going stroung and they start her up nice and fast.

those are nice but again...400 bucks! thats twice the amount i was willing to pay lol, i have too many expenses at the moment.
if 850 cca is enough to start our trucks even on the coldest of monmrings, im ok with that, and if i have to replace them after 5 years im also ok with that.
this mans in a pinch currently!

The ones you posted are ~$315 for two, the ones I posted after getting the $50 bucks off are only ~$360.

So if you are in a pinch sounds like both are a no go lol :dunno
