ok i think my turbo is going out..where can i find a rebuild kit or what is a good replacement turbo? its a 6.9 idi

I can help you with kits and parts. There is no easy off the shelf replacement. Is it wastgated or no?
why do you think it is going out?

i dont hear it spooling like it use to. plus it seems to put a little more smoke out than it use to.

i forgot to say its the non wastegated one. its the original square box version.
