Do I need different lug nuts to run factory Alcoas aside from the steelie lug nuts

as long as you have cone type lugnuts I believe you should be fine

You have to use the smaller size nuts, 7/8 inch hex, rather than the 1 1/16 nuts on the steel wheels if you want to run hubcaps. Otherwise, use anything that will stay on.
