Fuse is good pressure switch has power
No power to the clutch.

How much refrigerant in the system?

Try jumping the low and hi pressure cutout switches momentarily to see if you can get the clutch to engage with the a/c turned on.

Shouldn't the system have a low pressure cutout as well as a high pressure cutout? Are they both closed?
