FYI, there is no 98 turbo
its either a 97 or a 99
depending on the month of production.
thats a 99 style
my 98 E350 has a 97 style turbo.
no wastegate.

essentially thats what it is...
99+ exhaust and a pre97 intake

now that i zoomed in...
its got the pre 97 intake and exhaust housing.
with late 99+ center section
thought i was looking at wastegate, but thats the EBPV

Correct. It's kinda sought after.
But I meant the pic's looked like two different turbos. Or in one he removed the ebpv.
