Yes it will work.If I remember correctly 6 bolts in the floor. 4 for the seat. 2 for the seat belts. You will need a Torx bit for the fasteners.:D

The holes for the seat brackets may not line up to the old ones already in your truck so if need be don't be afraid to redrill holes....just be careful where you're drilling in relation to what is underneath the truck. Also, if you must redrill, make sure you seal the old holes in some way to prevent debris and rust.....

If you have to redrill...I would reinforce the area well also. I believe there is some extra strength added to the seat bolt in area...last thing you want is to be wrestling a seat around in the cab in the event of a collision!

Oh, also to best get the seat out.....fold the back forward and tilt the seat up on end then slide it out...I meant to answer that in your last post but forgot. And yes reinforce the seat in the event you have to redrill!

as long as the cabs are the same ei. reg cab, super cab, CC. it should be a bolt in. CC and Reg. cabs are a swap, but supercabs have a different floor pan.

there both bench seats and both regular cab trucks and both 4wd, mine is f-250 diesel and the other is a 93 f150 4.9l parts truck, that has a faily nice cloth seat no tears! and it has head rest, and the front end may wind up on my truck sooner or later who knows:sly i think my next mod will be to find a early psd turbo instead of the 99-03 one that i have and after i get the money to finish that i will paint it and then throw my zf5 in it:D

Russ's comment on the floor pan is exactly right. I found that out the hard way.

I have a 95 F250 40-20-40 bucket seat in my 86. Bolt in. As long as you stick with Russ's comment on RC and CC being the same and SC has a different bracket.

In the case of the 92-97 40-20-40 seat, the seats themselves are all the same, the big bracket that holds all 3 seats and bolts to the same old holes that fit the bench is different. So is the base of the center seat. Ask me how I know!
