So with everything going on...Brian is parting out a cube van to make into a trailer.

We are popping cab off and pulling emgine.

If engine checks out ok...its sold.

Other parts available...

Should be a great project.

that's how you do headgaskets in a cubevan:rotflmao

cube vans are getting cheap around here, running driving under $1000. minor repairs to safety even. I got a 2001 E450 for $650 and drove it home over an hour under 190,000km , saw a 2002 E350 on kijiji tonight for 900 in mississauga.

never seen a cube made into a trailer , cool idea? I'm watching;Sweet

You have it posted as a part out. Make two posts then. Idi forum is not intended to have parts listed.

It was never intedned as a sale part out...just a project part out.

Really nothing to sell other than engine. It is tentatively sold.

The rest is getting scrapped.

As for runaway domajiggy....ya dont freakin think so...thats a KEEPER fer me!;Sweet

Took plasma cutter over to Brians to blow the 6 body bolts and such...was easy peasy...

That engine will be tested this weekend and then sold or scrapped....if scrapped....core material.

Told it runs good by my friend...so hope so he moved to BC with it and it seemed to run fine when we had it going here.

Trailer will have an AC unit stuck into it and used for hanging a deer.

Lots of fun.

I hear a knock Al........:eek::angel:;p Just teasing ya.. Sounds very nice. Was this an oil field rig? The air intake shutoff valve seems to say that. In the last vid you give a great example of a bad fan clutch by how it kept spinning after shutdown and the dirt accumulation around the thermo spring from the failed shaft seal. What caused the trans oil leak and you say it will be a trailer to hang a deer in??? I'm guessing a mobile game dressing refer rig.. Nice idea really...:thumbsup:

Should of moved it to the dumb and dumber forum. Getting tired of you guys clogging up the tech areas with this useless crap. And knock it off with the cursing in open forums, I know you have been warned before about this. And no, adding an e to the end doesn't fix it.

Well progress of unit.

R12 tarp rolled out on roof...AC gets it down 60F we need a manual thermostat or a way to lower it more if possible.

Engine is removed and power washed.
