7.3 idi injectors cap is leaking

Return lines are a PITA. Don't do it more than once. Get the good stuff the first time.

Viton O rings showed up yesterday , After i removed all 16 currently installed O ring on the Injectors and compared them it was very noticeable the different between the two materials , colors . I checked the casting flash as mentioned above , greased the new O rings and fitted every thing back together .

ran out of day light and help so i can have some one to crank as i bleed the air out of the injectors. Will try that after i return from vacation

You really do not need to crack the lines and bleed the air out. The air will make it's way out the return lines if you just crank it over a little bit. Just let the starter rest for a couple of minutes between cranking.

Started the truck so far the Injector cap are bone dry .. The Viton O ring did the trick for sure
