I picked up an '01-'03 60/40 seat to swap into my '88. The bench I currently have is out of a f-superduty. I like the built in cup holders, back support, and adjustability.

Has any one done this? Figure ill get it thrown in and see how things line up and go from there.

I was actually thinking about doing this or something similar not too long ago just never got around to doing it. My job has plenty of 99-2012 trucks and spare parts and was thinking if getting rid of my bench seat up front as I am not the hugest fan. Let us know how that works. May push me to get a few midnight hours in one day to do this

Anything's possible with a welder and a grinder!!!

I would adapt your current bench seat mounts to fit to the new seat. A previous coworker and I did that with his 77 Dodge that we put a OBS Ford seat into.
