How much did you use and did you mix it with anything like fuel?

I just realized my answer to this question may have been a little vague. There are two ways I mixed additive in the fuel.

When I suspected a problem that warranted additive in the fuel filter, I simply filled the filter with straight ATF. Never bothered blending it with diesel.
