6.5 Dies while driving but restarts

This is my first diesel so I am new to this. I have a 95 GMC 6.5 that dies while driving but will restart almost immediately. Also, it is easy to start while parked. Could it be the fuel cutoff solenoid or the fuel injector? Any suggestions or answers?

could be a restriction on the return side of the fuel system

how clean is your fuel and how old is the oil change?
the optic sensor for the pump is very finicky.

Die while driving

I found water (very small amount) in the fuel. drained the water and that solved the problem. See I told you I was new to deisels. Live and learn! Thanks to all who answered.
