4x4 no light and switch doesn't work

This is fuse box

This is g.e.m. ford told me I needed

Also, the pcm was getting power on the constant and both the key on wires. Everything wiring and fuse and relay wise checks out good.

New pcm and still nothing... now I'm beyond pissed
