what kind of power can be expected from a mildly bombed 1996 4 banger ?

i know there's a guy on here with a 300HP/500TQ 4bt Ranger, but I would guess that's more than "mildly bombed".

i'm curious to know too.

might be a little project for my F150...hmmm if i could have 250HP/400TQ, reliability, and 28MPG in my F150 i'd be a happy man.

With Lucas POD's or 370's, an HX35, and pump tweaks, it would be about 250-280hp.
