1983 to 1987 exhaust

Hey guys quick question just picked up a 87 ypipe as mine is junk but was wondering before I pull everything is it going to fit on rock auto it shows different part numbers for 83 vs 87 and I have a 83 but it was a 87 6.9 soooo? I dunno any info would be great!

The 87 y-pipe will fit just fine.

Thx man ya its just weird that the part numbers are different and on rock auto it says my part number up to 85 but anyway awesome

It seems like they were shaped a little differently but should work.
