Yeah the engine was fine but the trans was not having it. I'm gonna put an aux cooler on it. I don't do anything to crazy with it. Just over landing and some trails.

Yeah I had no problems are I refilled the trans and went into 4 lo. I guess it was a cheap and easy fix for a first time taking the beast off road. I know that with the right stuff they can very easily handle the abuse!

Totally worth it. Only thing I recommend is don't get tinted bulbs. I had the Hella optilux and was dissapointed put my old clear bulbs back in and it was a huge difference. Also I recommend the spade connectar because the plugs I got only had wire rated for 15 Amps so with higher wattage bulbs...
Just a note with checking the cables for breaks you should read under 1 ohm for a good cable for that size. Anything more than say 5 or 6 ohms is gonna be a bad cable.(I don't know the resolution of your meter).
I had the same problem with mine when I bought it. Replaced all my battery cables and cleaned all the plugs and pins I could find. I ended up using ring terminals and threaded post batteries as I kept having corrosion under my battery posts. Since then no issues. Also the factory ford battery...
Also make sure to use the elbow chaffing gear or else you'll be buying new ones quite soon. The cable will rub very quickly. If you do make them your self some people will say welding cable. I personally would stay away as its not rated to withstand petroleum products. Of course use your own...
I had that problem too. Ordered new cables from custom battery cables with milspec ends and ring terminals. Now I'm running 31 series batteries....... highly suggest them!
