    How long have the headers been on? Did you put a new o2 sensor in? Also check if you have 12+ vdc at iac, if you do, then try a known good (different) iac that is for a truck the same year. Junkyard is a good source. Did you check eec voltage?

    Thanks for the replies! I have a rust free Dana 60kp, idi-zf5, hydroboost 1990 sclb in my driveway. It has a sideswiped cab and cracked up core support and fenders. Yall got me thinking about shortening it and topping it with a 92-96 bronco body.

    What to do before new IP?

    You may want to familiarize yourself with the pitfalls you can fall into when installing your fresh injection pump. If you even start to tighten the housing bolts without the IP drive gear in perfect mesh, you can damage your IP and gears. Watch you do not get sealer on the gears.

    Are you running the m62? It looks like the m62 in the vid I saw. An m90 should fit in the same place and push 30% more air. That should wake up your boost gauge.
