    The way its lookin it appears im proably gonna have to end up doin that. I didnt have the chance much to fool with it today, but I was able to spray some good penetrant down around the stuck electrode every couple hours or so. We'll see what tomorrow has in store for it I reckon.

    Worked on changing the glowplugs out in my 95psd today, and everyone of them came out easy and smoothe except one. The electrode ended up pulling out of the body of the plug on that one because the tip is swollen up i reckon, and is still stuck in the head. I've tried everything i can think of...

    Ain't nobody that ignorant around here. The filter was changed at the first sign of the skipping. gonecrazyi that could be a possibilty, I will look into that deeper. Thanks for the thoughts on the issue so far everyone.

    The injectors were all tested good, when his new pump was put on the timing gear cover was not took off, and as far as i know his timing was not set with a timing meter just by ear

    My friends 6.9 is skippin like hell. . . EVERYTHING in the fuel system has been gone through. Could he have missed something? could it be something in the valvetrain perhaps? and ideas at all???:dunno
